AtScale Consultants ("AtScale," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we come into contact with when you visit this website or reach out to us, and how it's used.
Information you send us directly
This website does not include a contact form. If you email us at jonathan@atscaleconsultants.com, call (954) 278-0504, or use a scheduling link to book a discovery call, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, company, and a description of your operational challenge. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade this information to third parties.
Scheduling tools
If a discovery-call button on this site links to a third-party scheduling tool (such as Calendly or Cal.com) rather than an email link, that tool will have its own privacy policy governing the information you submit to book a meeting. We encourage you to review it before booking.
Infrastructure and technical logs
This site is hosted on Railway and, depending on DNS configuration, may be served through Cloudflare's network. Like virtually all hosting and network providers, these services may automatically retain standard technical logs (such as IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata) for security, reliability, and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not control the retention specifics of that underlying infrastructure, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of visitors.
No advertising, tracking, or analytics — for now
At launch, this website does not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, cookie consent banners, chatbots, or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not sell personal data. If that changes in the future — for example, if we add an analytics tool, a contact form with server-side processing, or advertising pixels — we will update this policy to describe what's collected and why before that technology goes live.
Client project data
Separate from this website, when we work with clients on AI, automation, or software projects, we may handle business data as part of that engagement. That data is governed by the terms of the individual client agreement and any applicable non-disclosure agreement, not by this website privacy policy.
Your choices
You are always free to choose whether to email us or use a scheduling link. If you'd like us to delete correspondence you've sent us, contact jonathan@atscaleconsultants.com and we'll honor that request.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes — such as adding analytics, a data-processing contact form, or advertising — will be reflected here before those technologies are deployed.
